Mixed Media Owl Collage

Join local artist Joanne Gelles for a mixed media collage workshop at the Caroline County Public Library. Using a variety of materials and guided instruction, participants will create an owl-inspired collage—or choose another animal for their design—and can make either one 12″ x 12″ project or two 8″ x 10″ projects.
