Dress up your pet in the perfect Halloween costume and enter this fun-filled contest for your chance to win prizes! Meet at Hillsboro Park for pictures and viewing! Pets and owners will be socially distanced on the walking track. Contest judges will announce the winner on the town’s website and Facebook! Don’t have a pet? Bring a lawnchair and watch the fun!
