|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Saturday, repeating until January 2, 2021

The historic Museum of Rural Life in downtown Denton is open Saturdays from 11am – 4pm.  Discover the stories of early Americans living in Caroline County’s agriculture-based economy. The museum exhibits include the Taylor-Brown Dwelling, Painter’s Range log cabin, and portions of the Chance’s Desire and Skillington’s Right properties.

COVID-19 Update: Until further notice, all visitors and volunteers must wear masks.  Door handles and surfaces will be sanitized after visitors depart, and hand sanitizer will be available. We want to make this a healthy and safe experience for all.
