The Federal Brewing Company is a fully-licensed Kombucha brewery based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. They currently operate at 5 farmers markets and are in the process of transforming a historic 3-story bank building in Federalsburg into their processing headquarters.
The Federal Brewing Company was founded by Gayle Galbraith, a Certified Health Coach, Kombucha Brewer, and Fermentation & Gut Health Professional. Gayle is passionate about the art of fermentation and bringing a little culture back to the table!
